By accessing or using MarketCrystal (marketcrystal.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, subscribers, and anyone who accesses the service.

2. Description of Service

MarketCrystal provides stablecoin market data, analytics, proprietary scoring methodologies, and AI-generated analysis for informational purposes only. The platform includes free dashboards, a newsletter, and will offer paid subscription tiers with additional features including real-time alerts, API access, and AI-powered allocation models.

3. Not Financial Advice

MarketCrystal is NOT a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial analyst, or financial planner. Nothing on this website or in our communications constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. All content -- including reserve quality scores, transparency grades, AI-generated analysis, allocation models, and risk assessments -- is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

You should consult your own qualified financial advisor, attorney, or tax professional before making any investment or financial decision. MarketCrystal does not recommend, endorse, or suggest any particular stablecoin, digital asset, investment strategy, or financial product. Any decisions you make based on information found on this platform are made at your own risk.

4. No Guarantees on Data Accuracy

Market data displayed on MarketCrystal is sourced from third-party providers including DefiLlama and CoinGecko. This data may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or contain errors. MarketCrystal makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data, analysis, or content provided through the platform.

Reserve quality scores and transparency grades are MarketCrystal's proprietary assessments based on publicly available information. They are not credit ratings, investment ratings, or endorsements. These scores reflect our analytical methodology and should not be treated as definitive evaluations of any stablecoin's safety or reliability.

5. AI-Generated Content

Analysis produced by "Mark" is generated using artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude). AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or hallucinations. AI outputs should be independently verified and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial, investment, or business decision. MarketCrystal does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.

6. User Accounts and Subscriptions

When paid subscription tiers become available:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at signup. Payment is processed through Stripe. You are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Refunds: No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. If you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription payment, you may request a full refund by contacting hello@marketcrystal.ai.

7. Newsletter

By subscribing to the MarketCrystal newsletter, you consent to receive periodic emails including market analysis, product updates, and promotional content. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, analysis, proprietary scoring methodologies, data visualizations, software, and design elements on MarketCrystal are owned by MarketCrystal and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may quote or reference our analysis with proper attribution to MarketCrystal (marketcrystal.ai). You may not redistribute, republish, or resell our data feeds, API responses, or analysis without prior written consent.

9. API Usage (Plus Tier)

API access is provided under a fair-use policy. You agree to respect published rate limits, use the API only for your own internal purposes, and not redistribute API data or build competing products or services using MarketCrystal data. MarketCrystal reserves the right to revoke API access for violations of these terms or excessive usage patterns.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketCrystal, its owner, operators, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to: your use of or inability to use the platform; any data, analysis, or content provided through the platform; investment decisions or financial losses based on information obtained from the platform; or any interruption, error, or defect in the service.

In no event shall MarketCrystal's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MarketCrystal, its owner, operators, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Texas.

13. Changes to Terms

MarketCrystal reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
